1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this online store and to every order you place with us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Returns and exchanges and Privacy policy.

In these terms, “KH Sport”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this store.

2. Using the store

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Please give accurate information when you order or create an account, and keep your password safe: you're responsible for activity under your account.

Use the store only for lawful purposes. Don't try to interfere with its security or operation, copy it with automated tools, or use it to send harmful code or spam.

3. Products

We describe our products, fabrics and sizes as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on different screens, and garment measurements can vary slightly from the size chart. Please check the size chart and care instructions on each product page before you order.

Our products are training apparel and accessories. They are not protective equipment and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. If we find an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you and let you choose to buy it at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card number.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, and we'll email you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, when a price is wrong or when we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund anything you paid in full.

Discount codes and promotions follow the terms shown with them.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates, what we do if an order is delayed, and how we handle lost or damaged parcels are explained in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order to the shipping address you gave us.

7. Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as described in Returns and exchanges.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us photos or other content, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not include anything unlawful, offensive or another person's private information. You keep ownership of what you send, and you allow us to show it on the store and in our communications about KH Sport.

We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don't remove reviews because they are negative. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

9. Our content

The content of this store, including its logo, product designs, photos and text, is owned by us or used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

Checkout, payments and some features of the store are provided by Shopify and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those services.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the store and its content are provided “as is”, and we don't promise that the store will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong with an order, please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
