1. Who we are

In this policy, “KH Sport”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this store. It covers the personal information we handle when you visit the store, place an order or contact us.

2. Information we collect

• What you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number if you add one, your order details, and what you write to us through the contact form, by email or in a review.
• What we collect automatically: the type of phone or computer and browser you use, your IP address, the pages you view and how you use the store, through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies).
• Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card number.
• From services you use to check out: if you pay with an express checkout or digital wallet, we receive the details that service shares with us for your order.

3. How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and exchanges.
• To reply when you contact us.
• To send you marketing emails, only if you have signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the store and your account secure and to prevent fraud.
• To understand how the store is used and improve it, with your consent where the law requires it.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules.

4. Who we share it with

• Shopify, which hosts the store and runs checkout and payments. See the Shopify privacy policy.
• Partners who produce, pack and ship orders, and the carriers that deliver them.
• Service providers that help us run the store, such as email, analytics and review tools, for those services only.
• Advertising partners, only if you allow marketing cookies.
• Authorities or other parties, when the law requires it or to protect our customers, our rights or our store.

We don't sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat sharing data with advertising partners through cookies as a “sale” or “sharing”. You can turn that off at any time in your cookie preferences.

• Strictly necessary: keep your cart, run checkout and keep the store secure. Always on.
• Analytics and performance: show us how the store is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

To make a request, send us a message. We'll confirm your identity before acting on it and reply within the time the law sets (45 days under California law). We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

7. Children

This store isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. How long we keep it, and security

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfill and support your orders and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use reasonable safeguards, and checkout is encrypted, but no way of sending or storing data is completely secure.
